3 ways to catch shy horses - off your body language

Updated: Jul 25

Being able to catch a horse doesn't mean the horse knows how to get caught in a way that will always work. Circumstances may happen that makes the easy to catch horse hard to catch. If you want to make sure your horse knows how to get caught and is comfortable with it, no matter the circumstances - communicating through body language is what gives lasting results, with any horse .

The video below shows 3 methods for catching shy or hard to catch horses - while making sure they feel comfortable and not trapped and without depending on treats.

Thank you so much for watching! Hope this inspires you to communicate with your horse through action and body language, which is something horses appreciate and understand naturally.
